Custom order pieces are made specifically for you and take time to make them perfect.  We do not accept returns.  In the event of a problem with a piece, i.e. something comes unattached, or you lose a crystal through normal wear we will repair the item for you at no cost except shipping.  Please email any questions you have about sizing prior to placing an order.
